Wheel Cylinders
TRW’s wheel cylinder range includes standard and aluminum cylinders with some references including integrated pressure reducing valves. Aluminum is becoming extensively used in hydraulic components as vehicle manufacturers strive for less weight with no effect on performance. As a major OE hydraulic manufacturer, TRW is able to offer this modern material to the aftermarket.

Manufacturing
TRW wheel cylinders are equipped with only the highest quality rubber seals and dust caps according to TRW's OE specifications, guaranteeing premium product quality. Cast cylinders are coated using the latest Chrome 6 ‘free’ silver finish. The complete range is in line with EU legislation. Pistons are treated or anodised to improve strength and increase product durability.
Testing
All TRW wheel cylinders are 100% line tested to TRW’s OE specification and all aluminium products conform to European standard 2000/53/CE.
